Intelligent Speed Limit Assist* (ISLA) system is a driver assistance technology that detects speed signs through the front view camera. Information is displayed on the instrument cluster and if equipped, the head-up display (available on GT and GT-Line grades). The recognised speed can then be used to set the Speed Limiter or Smart Cruise Control by confirming the speed limit.

While the aerodynamic aspects of the silhouette are plain to see, the Stinger also boasts vital drag reduction features that improve airflow underneath the car. It uses specially designed undercovers, below the engine and transmission, each side of the cabin and each side of the rear suspension. These covers reduce the air flow resistance on the underside of the body when travelling at higher speeds.

Linked with turn signal operation, this system uses wide-angle surround view cameras located on the side mirrors of the vehicle to provide a video image of blind spots on the 7” supervision cluster.

When reversing out of a parking spot or driveway, this system will warn you if it detects any incoming traffic in either direction behind the vehicle and also apply the brakes to help reduce the risk of collision.

When parked or stopped, Safe Exit Warning will detect and warn you of approaching vehicles coming up from behind on either side, alerting occupants with a sound and visual warning if they attempt to open the door into oncoming traffic.

When a lane marker or road edge departure is detected, the Lane Keep Assist (LKA) system automatically assists with steering to help prevent the vehicle leaving the lane.
Lane Following Assist (LFA) uses the front view camera to determine positioning within the Lane and assist the driver to keep the vehicle centred within the lane.
