Using a camera positioned in the rear spoiler, the digital centre mirror provides improved visibility unhindered by luggage, seats, passengers, water & stains on rear glass and more. With a simple toggle the digital mirror can be switched to a standard Electrochromatic Centre Mirror (ECM) as needed.

Moving in and out of the third row is as easy as a push a button. Second row seats automatically move forward and tilt down for a convenient entry.

The Remote Smart Parking Assist system integrated to your smart key starts the car remotely and allows you to control forward and backward movements of the vehicle. This conveniently allows easier parking or exiting from tight spaces and garages. Emergency braking is applied when the system detects any objects.

To deliver exceptional car-like handling with comfort and dependability to suit our unique conditions, the Sorento was subjected to an extensive local ride & handling tuning program over thousands of kilometres across urban, country and outback roads in Australia.

Easy to maneuver and fun to drive, the Sorento is available with a choice of spirited and efficient engines. Choose from a 3.5L V6 petrol or a 2.2L turbo diesel engine.

The 8-speed automatic & a wet-type dual clutch transmissions are smooth, sporty and smart.


The Drive Mode Selector lets you dial in the Sorento’s driving character, from enthusiastic Sport mode to easy-going ECO.
